Michele Zackheim was born in New York City and graduated from Sarah Lawrence College with a degree in English. She has worked in the publishing industry for over 25 years, most recently as Director of Business Affairs at Adams Media. She has been married to her husband, Chris, since college and lives in New York City with their two children. Her other passion is reading and she is a member of Mystery Writers of America and Sisters in Crime.
